IF YOUR SPEAKERS ARE NOT ALL COMING ON GO BACK AND CHECK THAT YOU HAVE PUT THE WIRERS IN PROPERLY, IF YOU DON'T THE SPEAKER WILL NOT WORK, THIS IS WITH ALL SPEAKERS IF YOU PUT TO MUCH IN OR TO LITTLE IN THEY WILL NOT WORK. PUT YOUR EAR UP TO EVERY SPEAKER TO SEE IF IT IS WORKING.
I HOPE THIS REVIEW HELPS EVERYONE OUT THERE. THE 5.1 SURROUND ONLY WORKS WITH DVD MOVIES AND THE TWO FORWARD SPEAKERS WILL ONLY WORK WITH THE RADIO OR MUSIC CD THIS IS HOW THIS COBY HOME THEATER 5.1 WORKS.
I HAVE HAD COBY PRODUCTS BEFORE, AND THIS ONE IS ALSO GREAT. I HOPE THIS HELPS SOME PEOPLE WITH THE SPEAKER PROBLEMS THAT I HAVE READ IN SOME OF THE REVIEWS.
THIS IS A EXCELLENT PRODUCT FROM COBY IT WAS EASY TO PUT TOGETHER,ALL THE SPEAKERS WORK,THE RADIO WORKS GREAT, AND I DON'T HAVE TO TURN ON MY TV TO PLAY THE RADIO WHICH IS A PLUS.AS LONG AS YOU FOLLOW ALL THE DIRECTIONS FOR THE PRODUCT YOU WILL HAVE MANY YEARS OF USE FROM COBY.
PUT THE WIRE IN ALL THE WAY TO THE RUBBER COATING DO NOT STICK RUBBER COATING IN THIS WILL PREVENT THE SPEAKER FROM WORKING.

I have ordered several items from this site and have always been satisfied until now. I'm still waiting on my refund of $95.88. I had to rate the item in order to submit this review but please disregard the gold star. Its hard for me to write a review for an item I never received. I ordered this over a month ago and never got it.
not even a day and this thing wouldn't work. i got this item. defective. dont buy it. 3 out 5 speakers did not work. and coby would just not care and let amazon refund it.
Coby DVD-937 5.1 Channel DVD Player/Receiver Home Theater Speaker System For the price of this product I feel its hard to beat.I hooked it up and everything was just fine.Had a couple of small questions and called coby customer service,questions were answered in a few minutes.So far works great.
